Parsley is a vibrant green culinary herb often used for seasoning or garnish.  The aromatic biennale feather like foliage remains harvestable until the temperature drops into the 20's.  In its second year Parsley will send up flower stalks of greenish-yellow umbels but lose its flavor when in bloom.   This mediterranean herb loves rich, consistently moist soils. Water often while establishing.

Beyond being known to be an incredibly nutritive herb, Parsley has several medicinal uses, such as for improving digestion or high blood pressure, to being applied to reduce bruising*
