Little Rascal Holly is a densely dwarf evergreen shrub that forms a mound with sharp-toothed, glossy rich blue-green leaves that earns purple tints in winter.  Little Rascal is a male cultivar primarily used as a pollinizer for blue hollies.   Best planted in moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Hollies are dioecious and need both male and female plants to produce fruit.
